David’s area of expertise is in accounting, audit and review for businesses and corporations. With 21 years of CPA experience, David has worked with a multitude of industries, including: career colleges and education, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and wholesalers, not-for-profits, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, professional service firms, real estate and retail. While accounting and review services are a portion of David’s work, he particularly enjoys performing audits. He works to help clients identify best practices and does what he can to make the entire process as painless as possible.
In addition, David works with businesses to efficiently utilize QuickBooks and other accounting system software during all phases of implementation, training, and maintenance.
After a successful career in the field of business, David earned his CPA accreditation in 1990. He joined KOS in 1998 and is now a Manager with the firm. Internally, David serves on the KOS Accounting & Audit, FSA, and Scheduling Committees.

What has been your career highlight?
Certain audits can be very satisfying and fulfilling. In my experience, I’ve been able to maintain high standards and at the same time create good relationships with clients. I also hope that because I am proactive and effectively communicate throughout the audit that my clients enjoy the audit process too.

When you are not at work, what do you enjoy doing?
I like reading, bicycling, and being out in nature. I would list more but really there are more activities than I have time to enjoy.
