Michael delivers clients business advice with comprehensive solutions allowing them to understand their numbers, make decisions and see the big picture. When clients are juggling multiple projects, dealing with numbers can be low on their priority list. He has years of experience working with companies through all phases of a business’ life-cycle enabling him to observe and impart a selection of financial strategies. Michael advises clients from business start-up through sale or succession and helps them explore and understand their options.
Specializing in accounting and business consultation, Michael works with businesses, corporations, families and individuals. His business consulting services are centered around service firms. As a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Michael consults with businesses who have already implemented QuickBooks and can also help them decide if QuickBooks is right for their company.
Michael has provided counseling for the Illinois Small Business Development Center in Grayslake, Illinois since 2009. He also presents QuickBooks seminars and training sessions. He joined KOS in 2003 after four years of experience at another Chicago-area mid-sized CPA firm. Michael was promoted to Manager in 2009 and serves on the KOS Accounting and Audit Committee.

My wife and my clients continue to encourage and influence me. All of them have led extremely fascinating lives and many have overcome obstacles in their lifetime and career in order to reach their goals.
